EU survey on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights in third countries
The European Union's Observatory on Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights recently launched a survey on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights in third countries.
The IPR Survey will run until 10 June 2014. All users of Intellectual Property are invited to participate. You can take part in the survey via this link: https://www.tmdn.org/uss/index.php?sid=64891&lang=en
The survey is conducted by the Observatory for the European Commission's Directorate General Trade (DG Trade). DG Trade will use the information to analyse the situation in various third countries and compile reports on IP enforcement both in general and in individual countries. This analysis will help the European Commission to prepare for negotiations and discussions with these countries.
